Overview

Luxdata is a complete hotel management system built to streamline daily hotel operations — from the initial reservation through checkout and billing.

Problem

Managing rooms by hand caused booking conflicts, billing errors, and no visibility into real occupancy. The operations team needed a single unified tool.

Solution

A web platform with integrated modules for each operational area:

• Reservations: create, modify and cancel with real-time availability checks
• Check-in / Check-out: guided flow with guest registration
• Billing: invoice generation including add-on services
• Room blocking: maintenance, cleaning and special states
• Dashboards: current occupancy, revenue for the period, geographic distribution of guests

Tech stack

• Frontend: React, Tailwind CSS
• Backend: Node.js, Express
• Database: MySQL with transactions for reservation consistency
